Paleo Meatball Recipe

Serve these delicious paleo meatballs with marinara or spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ onion, minced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely minced
  • ½ cup fresh basil, finely minced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper


Combine all those ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands.  Season the mixture to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Form golf sized meatballs and line them on a backing sheep. Place them in the oven (preheat oven to 350F) and cook for about 25 mins or until it’s cooked through.
